Jr Implementation Engineer (Remote)
Tasks
- Assist customer onboarding using customer portal
- Assist with cutover planning
- Collaborate with project management on implementations
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders
- Configure point to point tunnels
- Create documentation for deployed platforms
- Follow standard procedures to make decisions
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Set up new Duo users
- Stage and migrate web apps and databases
- Troubleshoot issues in staged environments
- Update access control lists
