Description

Job Purpose

Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking to add a data-driven individual to the Enterprise Shape Management (ESM) Operations team. ESM Operations team members are responsible for gathering and managing client data so that it can loaded into financial software, utilized by the greater ESM team, for conducting interest rate risk analysis for our financial institution clients.  Enterprise Shape Management™ was designed to fit institution's unique needs beyond asset liability compliance and into balance sheet management. We combine economic value and income simulation to provide a holistic view of each institution we serve, so banks and credit unions can better understand its strengths and weaknesses—ultimately enabling our clients to make more strategic decisions.

ESM Operations team members work with third-party vendors to ensure data is handled in a consistent and accurate manner, as well as partner with ESM Analytics team members to provide key quarterly reports and deliverables for clients, including asset liability reports, custom asset liability strategies, and on-demand analysis of asset liability inputs. Additionally, ESM Operations team members coordinate with other internal partners to ensure a timely and optimal client experience is achieved at the holistic level.

As a growing service within our organization, being able to scale our processes to accommodate increasing client needs is key to sustainable success. When ESM Operations team members are not completing quarterly deliverables, their time is spent identifying process improvements and automation opportunities and executing their ideas into action, with the support of internal partners, including IT and third-party vendors.

This position requires a unique skill set blending technical and analytical skills with creativity and ingenuity. Key technical skills of our team members include MS Excel and programming languages such as R and Python.
