Sr. Software Engineer L4
Tasks
- Author runbooks and RCA documentation
- Create executive ready technical summaries
- Deliver training to customer support and field engineering
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Drive observability and automation adoption
- Improve product resiliency
- Lead incident response "War Rooms"
- Own critical customer escalations end to end
- Participate in post-mortems and executive briefings
- Partner with field engineering and sales for customer success
- Perform deep root-cause analysis
- Reproduce customer issues and propose workarounds
- Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues
