About the Role:
The Advanced Architect, Data and Integration Lead is responsible for partnering with the enterprise and platform teams to deliver a unified integrated solution that meets the capability needs of BU executive leadership.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Delivering BU Solutions Architecture and Integration Roadmap:

  • Design the architecture and integration framework for execution of the BU digital roadmap.
  • Assess and monitor the quality of processes used within the business unit.
  • Ensure that extended product and architecture teams understand priorities in influencing the capability and integration strategy, roadmap, technology decision, design, and deployment of solutions
  • Work closely with design authority architects to maintain and ensure best practice paradigms and provide impact assessments and solution recommendations as appropriate
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of capabilities resulting from the process work and ensure the connection between the capabilities and the enterprise value streams
  • Drive seamless, best-in-class processes for both internal and external customers
  • Approach all process and capability opportunities with an Al first mindset driving efficiencies and building to scale.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and Business Units to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline process quality and improved both internal and external customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology stack across various technologies to understand end-to-end integration
  • Ability to communicate complex information in simple, easy-to-understand way

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in leading, delivering, and/or program/project management of Integration deployments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years hands-on experience with architecting Integration solutions using platforms such as Layer 7, Boomi, Cloud API Gateways, AWS, Oracle, MS SQL, Kafka, ETL, MDG, CDC Tools, and/or Snowflake
  • Experience with SOAP, REST web services, integration technologies like ESB
  • Experience with complete solution building from user experience to networking  
  • Strong experience with Web Services, Micro services, and Asynchronous messaging
  • Demonstrated business acumen
