Tasks
- Automate operational tasks with scripting
- Conduct post-incident root cause analysis
- Improve observability alerting and runbooks
- Monitor logs metrics dashboards and alerts
- Monitor production health of AI and Data platforms
- Provide production user support for AI and Data tools
- Support AI ML model inference and API troubleshooting
- Support deployments configuration changes and upgrades
- Triage incidents and coordinate resolution
- Troubleshoot applications data and system issues
