- Automate manual quality processes to improve traceability
- Build Power Automate workflows for approvals and notifications
- Collaborate with Quality Manufacturing and IT teams on requirements
- Create Power BI dashboards for quality KPIs
- Design Quality Management System using Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps
- Digitalize NCR CAPA audits and document control processes
- Manage SharePoint Online lists libraries metadata and permissions
- Support continuous improvement by enhancing usability and reporting
