Tasks
- Collaborate with Decision Scientists and Data Scientists
- Define experimentation hypotheses and evaluation frameworks
- Design develop and iterate Ads ranking and targeting models
- Design optimization objectives and constraints
- Develop prediction scoring calibration and exploration methods
- Identify delivery relevance and auction issues
- Implement models in production with engineering
- Improve optimization systems performance
- Own Ads optimization logic
- Partner with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering
- Perform Ads performance diagnostics and deep dives
