Cloud Database Engineer
Tasks
- Create maintain and monitor SQL Server replication
- Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain database security
- Install configure upgrade monitor maintain manage SQL Server databases
- Integrate third party software and databases with corporate databases
- Perform database and application tuning
- Provide 24x7 on-call support
- Provide code review and consultation to development teams
- Review approve and create database logical and physical designs
- Setup and maintain documentation and standards
- Train other staff
