Tasks
- Conduct applied research and development
- Conduct initial project discovery with incomplete requirements
- Create single line diagrams
- Define corrective and preventive actions
- Define develop and validate robotic technology solutions
- Define engineering test methods instrumentation and acceptance criteria
- Define project requirements interfaces risks and verification validation plans
- Design integrate robotic hardware and software for actuation instrumentation and monitoring
- Develop project scope schedule milestones and risk plan
- Develop system architecture schematics and interface diagrams
- Ensure HSE compliance and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with NR 10
- Evaluate and select hardware and software technologies
- Execute arc flash energy calculations
- Interpret and apply industry codes and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and designers
- Perform engineering calculations for submarine electrical and control systems
- Perform root cause analysis using fault tree analysis
- Perform short circuit and selectivity studies
- Plan execute and review integration testing and commissioning
- Produce and maintain bill of materials and technical documentation
