Tasks
- Administer digital initiatives including BOPIC Same Day Delivery Curbside Express Pay Ship from Club
- Assist in hiring training and performance management
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues and recommend process improvements
- Directly manage and assess team member performance and provide feedback
- Drive Omni performance and operational efficiencies
- Ensure orders are picked within productivity requirements and SLA targets
- Identify expired or short dated items and notify club leadership
- Maintain clean and organized SFC BOPIC area
- Manage department supply ordering and replenishment
- Package orders according to standard operating procedures
- Print staging tickets packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders by pulling merchandise from pick list or RF device
- Process returns using DDR or membership desk
- Provide leadership and direction within club departments
- Review and manage daily and weekly Omni reporting
- Train Omni Experience Ambassadors on policies procedures and best order pulling practices
- Update merchandise locations and operating equipment for organization
- Use RF scanner to pick and verify merchandise
