- Coordinate daily operations and flag experience impacting risks
- Escalate faults and technical issues to the right team
- Handle guest and client questions and issues on site
- Maintain food quality and presentation consistency
- Manage opening closing and cleaning routines
- Perform quality checks and document issues
- Prepare and restock ingredients and consumables
- Run and monitor autonomous kitchen during service
- Share operational insights to continuously improve performance
- Train and onboard client on site staff
