- Develop large language model and intelligent autonomous agent solutions
- Develop personalized and proactive customer support solutions
- Develop predictive customer support solutions
- Ensure system stability and scalability
- Identify and address model drift
- Implement LLM and AI agent evaluation frameworks
- Lead end to end AI ML model development and deployment
- Monitor and maintain deployed LLM and AI agents in production
