Business Insight Analyst

Typical Accountabilities

•     Tracks and analyzes Brand/competitor performance and strategic drivers.

•     Determines appropriate data sources and proactively provides analysis to address business issues and opportunities

•     Undertakes the more complex and critical market research to support the strategic planning process on behalf of the brand team

•     Interprets and communicates results of analysis

•     Exercises considerable latitude in approach and analysis

•     Assist to design and implement market research on business needs

Criteria

Essential:

•      Core skill for analyzing complex datasets and generating insights.

•      Proven project experience, particularly in leading or contributing to data-driven initiatives.

•      Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management.

Desirable:

•    MBA or equivalent

•    Vital for leveraging AI to solve business problems and improve efficiency.

•    1-2 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry.

•    Pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience preferred.
