- Develop evaluation strategy with offline benchmarks and online metrics
- Drive cross functional alignment to deliver DS work in production
- Drive hiring excellence for Data Science talent
- Establish AI SDLC norms and experiment hygiene
- Lead Data Scientists and manage performance and career development
- Own DS roadmap and translate bets into measurable hypotheses
- Prototype agents retrieval pipelines and evaluation harnesses
- Track DS metrics and feedback loop latency
- Unblock ICs and balance research and productionization effort
