Tasks

• Communicate with customers on supply plans
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for on time delivery
• Create sales orders and delivery notes
• Maintain EDI system
• Negotiate commercial terms and cost estimates
• Perform shipment estimation and progress follow up
• Prepare invoices and packing lists
• Prepare shipping documents
• Track accounts receivable and escalate payment issues
• Use SAP for order and shipment processing
