- Develop knowledge of CASS and safeguarding regimes
- Escalate issues within agreed timescales
- Identify recurring issues and process bottlenecks
- Identify themes and consumer harm indicators
- Intake correspondence and data
- Maintain document management for workflow consistency
- Prioritize work using risk based approach
- Produce management information and analysis
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Support decision making with concise reporting
