Lead Analyst
Tasks
- Act as player coach for complex support cases
- Coach and mentor team members
- Communicate proactively with clients during issue resolution
- Conduct incident management and reporting
- Contribute to documentation and best practices
- Drive high quality resolution for data platform issues
- Ensure SLA adherence with technical accuracy
- Lead data and analytics support desk
- Partner with Engineering and Product on structural improvements
- Perform root cause analysis on data defects
- Prioritize and triage high impact incidents
- Provide technical leadership and day to day guidance
- Serve as senior escalation point for SQL ETL ELT data warehouse and BI issues
- Support operational tooling for incident tracking
