Tasks
- Build SQL queries for customer success data extraction and transformation
- Collect clean and interpret data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Deliver insights for key customer success business questions
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics packages
- Identify data quality gaps and improve reporting data integrity
- Maintain documentation and data definitions for metrics
- Model operational metrics for reporting
- Track analytics work in Jira
- Use AI assisted tools to speed up SQL development documentation and testing
