Tasks
- Coordinate release and change management
- Ensure SLA adherence and staffing adequacy
- Establish follow the sun support model
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Maintain compliance with risk and audit requirements
- Maintain runbooks and SOPs
- Manage business stakeholder communications during incidents and releases
- Manage managed services vendor operations
- Partner with SRE and DevOps on automation and tooling
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning
- Provide structured production feedback to engineering
- Run daily weekly governance with vendor leads
- Serve as primary production issue escalation point
