Tasks
- Automate operations reduce operational toil
- Build maintain infrastructure as Code
- Create operational runbooks and reliability frameworks
- Define SLOs SLIs error budgets availability goals
- Design implement scalable architectures and deployment automation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Lead incident response coordinate cross team resolution
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance evidence
- Partner with product security platform teams on roadmap compliance and lifecycle management
- Perform capacity planning performance analysis troubleshooting
- Run blameless postmortems drive preventative actions
- Set up observability metrics logging tracing alerting
