Tasks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate biological insight
- Define refine and measure image processing requirements
- Design train and validate machine learning and deep learning models
- Develop image analysis and computer vision algorithms
- Integrate algorithms and AI models into production software
- Lead design and development of image analysis algorithms and AI models
- Mentor junior team members in image analysis and machine learning
- Support application specialists and research teams on model behavior
- Write maintainable code for image processing and model training
