Tasks
- Assign tasks and set daily priorities
- Audit operations for compliance inventory controls and quality
- Conduct safety inspections and resolve unsafe conditions
- Conduct shift meetings for goals safety and priorities
- Coordinate with logistics teams to balance workflows
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain facility compliance
- Ensure documentation and order tracking accuracy in WMS
- Ensure orders are picked staged and shipped on schedule
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead warehouse operations
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and internal safety guidelines
- Prepare and validate load sheets
- Supervise and coach warehouse associates
- Uphold SOPs for picking staging and shipping
- Verify orders are closed in WMS
