Database Engineer - I
Tasks
- Apply SQL Server patches and updates
- Collaborate with teams to deploy database changes
- Implement high availability and disaster recovery
- Maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures
- Monitor SQL Server health performance availability
- Monitor and manage SQL Agent jobs
- Optimize queries indexing performance tuning
- Perform database backups restores integrity checks
- Support incident and change management using ITIL
- Troubleshoot deadlocks blocking performance bottlenecks connectivity issues
