Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor
Tasks
- Complete vault and flower inventories
- Conduct finished product inventory audits
- Coordinate operations with production and department managers
- Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines
- Ensure delivery drivers comply with regulations
- Ensure warehouse inventory control shipping and receiving
- Maintain medical cannabis waste manifests and shipping documents
- Monitor fulfillment process schedule
- Oversee order processing and shipping
- Plan and schedule maintenance for powered industrial trucks and delivery vehicles
- Record order discrepancies in three way match log
- Route vehicles to customer and company locations
- Schedule and track outbound delivery appointments
- Train employees on packaging quality issues production rates and BioTrack functions
