- Build and scale machine learning systems for detection classification risk assessment
- Collaborate with product policy and trust safety teams to operationalize content standards
- Define machine learning strategy for safety policy enforcement compliance systems
- Design real time and large scale content evaluation systems
- Develop automated decisioning systems for consistent reliable policy enforcement
- Drive best practices in evaluation fairness and system reliability
- Improve automation to reduce manual intervention
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction
