Sr. Robotics Maintenance Engineer

Tasks

• Analyze paint defects and refine robot paths
• Commission robotic paint and sealing equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on automation requirements
• Design robot trajectories and application parameters
• Develop safety interlock matrices and robot zone maps
• Document robot programs and control architecture
• Integrate robotic cells with conveyors and paint systems
• Lead paint automation technical delivery for new launches
• Maintain robot recovery procedures and troubleshooting guides
• Perform downtime analysis and implement corrective actions
• Simulate robotic paint paths and validate cycle time
• Support predictive diagnostics and Total Productive Maintenance
• Train maintenance technicians and production personnel
• Tune paint parameters to meet coating quality targets
• Verify robot communication with PLCs and safety systems
