AI Engineer (m/f/d) - Healthcare IT
Tasks
- Build and maintain offline evaluation datasets
- Build production ready multi step tool using agents
- Combine LLM as judge with deterministic checks
- Configure agent orchestration and integration
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines
- Design guardrails human in the loop and escalation paths
- Implement regression gates in CI
- Instrument and observe production agent traces
- Measure retrieval quality and faithfulness
- Monitor quality drift and close loop with new eval cases
- Optimize cost and latency with caching and batching
- Produce validation verification evidence and traceability
- Qualify agents with acceptance criteria and failure mode analysis
- Support deployment and root cause failure fixing
