GCP AI/ML Engineer
Tasks
- Build deploy and manage machine learning pipelines
- Build enterprise AI ML platforms with automation observability and reliability
- Deploy models using Vertex AI endpoints for online and batch predictions
- Design and manage feature pipelines for training and inference datasets
- Design automated workflows for ingestion feature engineering training evaluation and inference
- Develop standardized frameworks for governed ML deployments
- Enable automated model retraining and versioning
- Ensure consistency between training and serving pipelines
- Ensure secure handling of data and models using IAM
- Establish best practices for MLOps pipeline orchestration and infrastructure management
- Implement CI CD pipelines for ML artifacts and workflows
- Implement model governance with auditability lineage and compliance
- Implement model monitoring for prediction accuracy data drift and concept drift
- Integrate BigQuery Cloud Storage and streaming sources for batch and real time ML
- Operationalize end to end ML lifecycle training deployment monitoring and retraining
- Optimize model performance and infrastructure for scalability latency and cost
- Orchestrate ML workflows using Python Vertex AI BigQuery and Cloud Storage
- Promote code versioning CI CD and testing best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring on ML engineering practices
- Set up alerting and dashboards for proactive issue detection
