Director, Business Analytcis
Tasks
- Build growth analytics for customer acquisition attribution and experimentation
- Create finance and business performance analytics for revenue reporting unit economics and cohorts
- Define analytics vision and roadmap for marketing sales and finance
- Design and govern analytics operating model and metric standards
- Develop sales analytics for pipeline forecasting rep performance and win loss analysis
- Identify data gaps and partner on data instrumentation and self service capabilities
- Lead analytics team and develop managers
- Partner with executive leadership to translate data into decisions
- Raise analytics craft for storytelling root cause analysis experimentation forecasting and causal inference
