Staff Storage Platform Engineer (AI Storage) - Radian Arc
Tasks
- Build and operate large scale distributed object file and block storage systems
- Design scalable storage architectures for edge and core GPU deployments
- Design storage architectures for distributed inference platforms
- Engineer high performance storage to GPU data paths
- Implement multi tenant storage integration and standards
- Improve storage observability automation runbooks and lifecycle management
- Integrate block object and file storage into Kubernetes using CSI
- Lead storage benchmarking capacity planning and performance investigations
- Optimize storage for distributed training fine tuning and inference workloads
- Own storage initiatives from architecture validation to production rollout
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Serve as primary storage design authority and mentor adjacent engineers
