Assembly Process Engineer - Automation & Robotics
Tasks
- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate testing for new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Create and update time studies and cycle time analyses
- Create work instructions and safety instructions
- Design assembly line layouts
- Develop process flow charts PFMEA and FMEA
- Develop technical specifications and machine safety requirements
- Establish assembly standards and standardized work procedures
- Implement new projects with cross functional teams
- Integrate robotic systems with PLC using PROFINET
- Organize trial builds including FAT and SAT
- Perform start up and commissioning of robotic production lines
- Prepare process parameter cards and setup documentation
- Program FANUC industrial robots using teach pendant
- Program Siemens S7 PLC in TIA Portal
- Troubleshoot production and automation issues
