GenAI Support Lead - Manager
Tasks
- Analyze AI solution specifications and integrations
- Coordinate with engineering QA product and governance teams
- Design and execute LLM and AI agent validation plans
- Ensure SLA SLO adherence and provide operational metrics
- Lead end to end support operations for GenAI platforms
- Maintain runbooks SOPs and knowledge articles
- Manage incidents problems changes and service requests using ServiceNow
- Monitor and validate LLM prompt response behavior
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring AI issues
- Provide L2 and L3 support and manage escalations
- Support Responsible AI governance and safety compliance
