Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics
Tasks
- Apply descriptive diagnostic predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Build automated workforce reports
- Define performance measurement frameworks
- Deliver workforce insights to stakeholders
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards
- Develop data models for scalable reporting
- Ensure HR reporting data accuracy and consistency
- Partner with HRIS and HR systems teams
- Support data governance including access controls and data quality
- Translate business questions into analytics solutions
