Azure Data Engineer
Tasks
- Align security data with schemas governance and naming conventions
- Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations teams
- Conduct telemetry gap analyses and recommend coverage improvements
- Design scalable security data ingestion pipelines
- Ensure security telemetry integrity completeness timeliness and quality
- Implement infrastructure as code and automation for deployments
- Improve ingestion frameworks automation and onboarding processes
- Maintain documentation for log onboarding and pipeline configurations
- Monitor pipeline performance and optimize reliability and throughput
- Onboard new log sources and verify end to end data flows
- Parse normalize transform and enrich security telemetry
- Support logging practices for regulatory audit compliance retention and data integrity
- Troubleshoot ingestion parsing transformation and data quality issues
- Validate structured and unstructured security telemetry
