- Assign daily tasks

- Complete shift logs and reports
- Enforce safety standards and report incidents
- Ensure adherence to company policies and fulfillment procedures
- Lead fulfillment associates during shift
- Maintain clean organized work area
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Perform hands on fulfillment work
- Report inventory discrepancies
- Supervise picking packing labeling and shipping
- Track orders using handheld scanners WMS and shipping software
- Train team members on SOPs and safety protocols
