Infrastructure Engineer I - Department of Biostatistics
Tasks
- Adhere to SLAs
- Coordinate device procurement staging and distribution
- Create and update knowledge base documentation
- Document incidents service requests and resolutions
- Enroll and manage devices with endpoint management tools
- Install statistical software and support applications
- Maintain KPI reporting and activity tracking
- Maintain device images configurations and software packages
- Manage device lifecycle inventory and decommissioning
- Provide Tier 1-2 end-user support
- Provision configure deploy end user devices
- Resolve desktop laptop mobile printer issues
- Respond to security incidents and escalate
- Support IT infrastructure network projects and operations
- Support user onboarding and offboarding
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
