ServiceNow ITSM & AI Solutions Consultant
Tasks
- Build and refine custom GPTs and AI assistants
- Conduct discovery sessions
- Configure prompt patterns logic flows and safety rules
- Create requirements testing traceability user guides and iteration management artifacts
- Define evaluation criteria for AI and automation ideas
- Develop ITSM solutions and automation
- Establish AI governance intake prioritization documentation QA and release readiness
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Maintain documentation standards and solution artifacts
- Maintain iterate and release AI enabled applications
- Participate in release planning and refinement sessions
- Perform UAT issue validation and defect triage
- Produce business requirements functional requirements user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
- Recommend improvements using out of the box ServiceNow capabilities
- Review AI prototypes for technical soundness
- Support adoption and production readiness of AI tools
- Support governance for incident and request management knowledge management service catalog and service portal
- Support low code AI application prototyping
- Translate operational needs into requirements
