- Deliver messages to meeting rooms
- Ensure lobby reader board is correct
- Escort guests to rooms
- Explain room features and electronic device operation
- Inspect guest rooms
- Load and unload luggage carts
- Maintain local attractions and events listing
- Maintain local transportation guide list
- Organize and deliver luggage for tour groups
- Perform other duties as requested
- Provide information maps and directions
- Show guestrooms and suites
- Store track and deliver packages
