Tasks
- Build demos and prototypes for AI workflows
- Contribute reusable assets to AI platforms and accelerators
- Create scripts microservices and automation logic
- Deploy and configure agentic AI workflows
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues in AI workflows and integrations
- Ensure AI solutions are secure scalable and production ready
- Implement AI orchestration and agentic decision models
- Implement AI powered automations in ServiceNow
- Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise systems
- Optimize performance and reliability of deployed systems
- Participate in customer workshops and discovery sessions
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures
