HPC Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Build tooling to compile package install and upgrade software components
- Collaborate to write code and testing infrastructure
- Design high performance compute and storage systems
- Develop and improve systems and user documentation
- Develop and monitor production computing maintenance tools
- Implement performance monitoring and fault monitoring systems
- Manage vendor relationships
- Monitor system storage and network performance
- Optimize HPC infrastructure usage with researchers
- Participate in coordinated maintenance operations
- Provide operational support on rotating basis
