• Maintain attendance tracking records
• Make outbound consulting calls
• Manage enrollment completion
• Manage screening appointments
• Perform and evaluate study questionnaires
• Prepare statistical metrics for patient studies
• Register volunteers and patients on site
• Schedule or cancel study information sessions
• Submit new applications in volunteer database
• Support SOPs and GCP
• Verify and update volunteer and patient contact data
