- Mentor engineers analysts product teams on AI best practices
- Optimize model performance cost and operational efficiency
- Partner with IT compliance operations customer service to align automation with business goals
- Provide architectural oversight across AI ML projects
- Support development teams with model selection training pipelines prompt engineering fine tuning RAG evaluation
- Translate business problems into AI ML approaches
