Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)
Tasks
- Collaborate with Finance on returns and order issues
- Coordinate warehouse dispatch
- Process customer and warehouse returns
- Process incoming orders
- Receive categorize and initiate refurbishment
- Support global operations projects
- Support inbound outbound shipment escalations and exceptions
- Update order status to customers
- Validate purchase order accuracy
