Senior Data Analyst (Delivery Experience Analytics)
Tasks
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks
- Build automated data extraction and reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high quality outputs
- Communicate analysis results to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Define and improve core metrics
- Design and run experiments to improve delivery quality
- Design delivery experience key performance indicators
- Develop decision support systems for operational efficiency
- Document project deliverables and decision processes
- Lead junior BA and drive key projects
- Monitor end to end logistics metrics
