- Receive and store orders securely
- Record and track store returns
- Resolve order compliance issues
- Restock sellable merchandise to correct shelf
- Track order alerts on portal and apps
- Update and maintain order systems
- Update canceled item reports weekly
- Update orders in systems
- Verify footwear matching and condition
- Verify order and returned product match
- Verify product quality and damage
- Verify return dates per policy
