- Coordinate architects engineers data scientists and UX teams
- Define AI requirements and acceptance criteria
- Develop delivery roadmaps and milestones
- Drive operational readiness knowledge transfer and early support
- Ensure LLM integrations and retrieval mechanisms success
- Establish delivery governance and programme momentum
- Lead end to end GenAI delivery
- Manage delivery risks dependencies and constraints
- Run product demonstrations and executive updates
