- Ensure GOLD member standards daily
- Ensure SOP compliance for BOPIC BOPIC Fresh Curbside Ship from Club
- Handle returns and determine resolution
- Lead Omni operations
- Maintain SFC BOPIC work area organization
- Manage inventory discrepancies and equipment issues
- Manage merchandise staging and locations
- Monitor team member productivity and performance
- Pick orders using RF scanner
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Securely package orders
- Support hiring training and performance management
- Train and coach Omni team members
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
