Campus Supervisor of Enrollment Services
Tasks
- Assist with international student status requirements
- Coordinate enrollment events with campus counterparts
- Coordinate with Admissions Advising Financial Aid and Student Support Services
- Deliver one stop enrollment services to credit students
- Develop corrective action plans for process and procedure gaps
- Disseminate enrollment related information at professional organizations
- Drive enrollment growth and prospective student satisfaction improvements
- Ensure compliance with FERPA
- Ensure compliance with Title IV
- Ensure compliance with Title IX
- Facilitate cross functional campus enrollment team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Implement One Stop Enrollment Center strategic direction
- Maintain college website catalog and program materials for enrollment services
- Manage One Stop Enrollment Center day to day operations
- Monitor service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide high touch customer service
- Provide training and cross training for staff
- Resolve student application enrollment registration issues
- Supervise Enrollment Management Specialists
- Support compliance with Veterans Affairs
- Support student retention with academic and student services staff
