- Calibrate automated scores against human judgment
- Create evaluation backbone with failure taxonomies LLM as judge rubrics and golden datasets
- Ensure automated scoring remains accurate as models and prompts change
- Implement statistical rigor for measurement and signal quality
- Monitor model performance and latency for reliable low latency serving
- Move from heuristic scoring to calibrated monitored systems
- Route work across models balancing cost quality and latency
- Run experiments to justify routing choices and detect regressions
- Support MLOps workflows feature pipelines model versioning rollouts and monitoring drift and quality decay
- Transform noisy real world signals into trusted scores
