Tasks
- Build self service platform guardrails dashboards alerts runbooks and readiness checks
- Define best practices for safe service usage
- Deploy and operate stateful workloads in Kubernetes
- Design and maintain high availability replication backup recovery and disaster recovery
- Enable Kubernetes deployments using cloud native patterns
- Identify and resolve risks like slow queries hot partitions consumer lag replication lag and storage saturation
- Implement automation Infrastructure as Code and GitOps with CI CD
- Own reliability and performance of backing services
- Perform capacity planning performance tuning upgrades patching lifecycle management
- Support Kubernetes networking storage workload lifecycle and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across databases messaging and search
- Use AI assisted workflows for incident triage and root cause analysis
